Could not install the software, from setup file

while instaling my software using setup file , there is an error message displaying with ABORT , RETRAY , IGNORE button .
  The message is " An error occured while registring the file 'H:\winnt\system32\Expsrv.dll' " 
   I ignore thise message and instaltion complited successfully . but my programme not working properly , ie:- crystal report could not display the recordes , and application terminating immidieatly
