Could you help me where to get free HDLC source code (written in C, C++ ...)?

The first thing is that you should increase the point.
A good source code reference can be seen from HSCX, Siemens

It's not a problem to find free code that implements HDLC framing (i.e. flag delimiting, bit stuffing, CRC calculating). Getting FREE code of higher-level control functions (ARQs, Flow Control, etc.) is much harder.
