Whenever I start my windows XP, I get this error

Message Box Title: Server.exe - Unable to Locate Component
Message Box Text: This application has failed to start because ZIPDLL.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

There is no server.exe in my Computer, No file contains the text ZIPDLL.DLL, there is no service that failed to initialize, there are not startup programs giving an
error, there is no bugging application in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run

How do I get rid of this problem.

first go to start -->run and type msconfig, go to start up tab, and uncheck all but systray and explorer, reboot and see if the message goes away. If so go back to msconfig and recheck one at a time untill the message reappears, then you have the culprit
