I am currently running Windows XP and I am looking for drivers for my Panasonic PalmCam Digital Camera PV-SD4090. If anyone has them or knows of a site where I can get them I would appreciate it a lot.

PVSD4090.ZIP - PV-SD4090 SuperDisk™™ PalmCam® Camera device driver software for Windows 2000 (1.98KB; 5/00)
Please follow the directions below to install it.
Click the link above to download this file to a directory on your hard drive or on a blank formatted floppy disk. This file contains zipped (compressed) files needed for installation.
Go to the directory where you saved this file, and double-click on it.
Unzip (un-compress) the files to a directory on your hard drive or floppy disk.
Connect your PalmCam SuperDisk™ Camera to your Windows 2000 PC (via the included USB cable).
Turn the camera ON and Windows 2000 will detect that a new USB device has been connected and will ask you for the driver (Usbsdd.inf) location.
Go to the directory where you unzipped the files, and specify the file named "Usbsdd.inf."
Windows 2000 will then automatically install the driver (Usbsdd.inf) for you.

*** The SuperDisk™ driver from the camera's box does not need to
be installed.

There are 2 files in the zip file

Readme!.txt and Usbsdd.inf

What you need to do is go to the Add/Remove hardware (with the camera plugged in and on) and do a "Find New Hardware" once it finds the camera and asks for a driver.  Click Browse and go to the 'usbsdd.inf' file and double click it.  Then choose install.

Here is the contents of the readme!.txt file

-- Installation --
  1. Click the PVSD4090.EXE link to download this file to a directory on your

(compressed) files needed for driver installation.
  2. Go to the directory where you saved this file, and double-click on it.
  3. Unzip (un-compress) the files to a directory on your hard drive or floppy
     disk.

     included USB cable).
  5. Turn the camera ON and Windows 2000 will detect that a new USB device has
been connected and will ask you for the driver (Usbsdd.inf) location.
  6. Go to the directory where you unzipped the files, and specify the file

Even though these instructions are for win2000 they should work for WinXP as well.
