I'm looking for a local HTML link validation program. I have my own Tech CD and I made a web page interface for it. A "MANUAL.HTM" sits in the root directory of the CD and then there is a \MANUAL directory were all of the aux. JPEGs, GIFs and HTML pages are stored. Within this HTML interface there are links to programs and PDF files. What I want a program to do is to go through and verify the correct paths exist to these files. Unforunately, the only link verifiers I can find only work with URLs that start with http or resolve to an IP address. I need something that will check the links in manual.htm offline (and something that doesn't require perl or anything special). A simply Win32 program would be nice, either shareware or freeware.
