Ihave several IBM-Lexmark laser printers that cannot print envelopes. We are using WinXP with Office XP. The same printers were used with Win98 and Office97 and they worked fine. I have downloaded new drivers from lexmark but am still unable to print envelopes on these printers.
I can print labels and other documents. I have managed to get it to print cross wise but of course I get a paper jam after wards. Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks millek

I have found the solution. I have installed 4019 drivers on the 4019 and 4029 machines and used the winxp drivers for the 4039.
