DLL  reading  the text file in one PC  from  another PC?

One dll  is registered in one PC(say1) and reads the text file in PC1 which is having another PC's (say2) IP
address.I want to read the text file of PC2 when i run the
dll in PC1.Path of the text fiel of PC2 is hard corded in the dll.How do I make these two PCs communicating each other?

what kind of communication are u trying to establish between the 2 PCs.

And how r u solving the problem by using dlls because the methods of the dll have to be called by someone.

Talking about IP if u want to communicate between 2 pcs using tcp-ip, 50 pts are insufficient.

You could use DCOM.

Thanful for your help.I have solved by putting "//servername/path" to read the network path inside the dll.
