I use the HP DeskJet 722 in 'book' mode frequently and never have a problem unless I am using MS Word (Office 2000 Professional). When I use that program, turning on 'book' mode causes Word to crash and then the System to crash.<br />

I have visited MS seeking a solution but apparently never came up with the correct keywords. <br />

I have visited HP but cannot find anything similar.<br />
