first: u havt to add dataEnvironment from the menu->Project->more activex designers->dataenvironment

a new window will open ,go to the connection propertes
select provider: microsoft jet 4.0 ....... "for access db"
press next and then enter ur db name "with the path "
press ok.

then right click on the connection1->add command1
right click on command1:
source of data:Table
objectName: here u choose the name of ur table that u want to show in ur report
then from Menu->project->Add Data Report
from propertes of the data report :
data source: DataEnvironment1
DataMember: Command1

then go to the coomand1 and grad it and drop it in the data report.

now to show ur report from let say a coomandbutton on aform

dataenvironment1.command1
datareport1.show
dataenvironment1.rscommand1.close
