Need to process form and email it in html on UNIX

I'm setting up a site for a church group and they need to process their forms and email them in HTML format.  This is so their applications can be printed as they appear on the site.  The server currently uses UNIX and Apache software.  They have a FORMMAIL.PL clone installed.  It would also be nice if the user was redirected to a thank you page, or allowed the person setting it up to redirect the URL.

The site is at http://www.slchq.org and the form is under the REGISTER button on the left side, in case anyone wants to see what it looks like.

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated!
