If you are installing it, make sure that you are an administrator.

If it is asking who to log in as for a system service, use user rights to make sure that that user can log on as a system service.

OK, to assign user rights.

1. If you are assigning user rights for a local Windows 2000 PC go to START> RUN> type "GPEDIT.MSC" and hit enter. Skip to step 3.

2. If you are changing user rights using Active Directory, open "Active Directory Computers and Users" Right click on the OU you want to manage, choose properties, and then click on the Group Policy tab. Either edit the Group Policy you want to change or createa new one.

3. Expand Computer Configuration> Windows Settings> Security Settings> Local Policies> User Rights Assignments.

This is where you define all the User rights.

I hope this helps
