Access & Copy the File using FTP

Hi,

We have some files in the UNIX box. I would like to login into Unix machine and copy the required file into local machine.

Need solution.

And a bunch of similar stuff at same location (http://www.freevbcode.com), just do a search with "ftp" keyword.
