Is it possible to:

have multiple columns in a pop-up menu?

cause the menu to scroll down a single column?

use another menu-type that does the above?

You can always have the right-click option open a "menu" form of your own making, in which you can do any of those things.

Otherwise, the way to get "multi-column" is to have each menu fly open to a new menu, which does not seem to be what you want.

Try to redesign the menu, "multicolumn" menu is not a good idea.
Sometimes menus are larger but try to group related things as tight as possible.

Is there a way to set the font of the pop-up menu?

Thanks. Ironically, I was looking at the first link that you sent just prior to receiving your post.

BTW, the code for the second link doesn't work straight-away on my machine.

For second link, i got a response from Author:

Just updated the example to remove that option. This happens on NT based
OS's. In 9x based OS's it plays a clap of thunder as the menu is
created. This problem occurs because NT based OS's require the PlaySound
string to be Unicode whereas 9x does not. You can fix this by exchanging
the appropriate conversion. You will find it under WM_INITMENU in the
FormHook module.
I am now running XP and have noticed another bug. The arrows do not draw
and no highlighting is shown on the UP and Down MenuItems.
I may rewrite this again soon. My main aim will be to use memory dc's
and get rid of those picture boxes.
