Can I give you 50 points for the Google hint?

Tell me if you find this works better than hunting through the MS Knowledge Base.

Gladly accepted. Thanks very much. Yes, Google often comes up with stuff quicker and easier than MSKB - but you have to be aware that Google just "finds stuff on the web" anywhere, anyhow and it may not be relevant and so on. So, you have to make your own judgement as to its validity and accuracy (not Google's fault :-) ) and use this is conjunction with the KB as required.
