Exchange Conferencing Server

Anyone has experience of setting up MS Exchange 2000 Conferencign Server to host video conferences with remote locations over the Internet (VPN)? I need help to figure it out how to do it such as network infrastructure requirements, WAN bandwidth, configuration of multicasting, and possibly QoS, or anyone can provide some links of resources?
