User-defined type not define error

hi,

does anyone have any idea what should i do with this declaration that cause "User-defined type not defined" error prompted everytime i run the program.

in modUti.bas

Option Explicit
Public Cn As New ADODB.Connection
Public Rs As New ADODB.Recordset
