if you ommit the Parent.Invalidate; you make it a bit faster
but the panel that doesn't pass the message thru doesn't get repainted
so if you have a way of finding the offending panel then repaint only that panel
in my case it's the 23. panel

I don't know which panel is the first to make problems, so I use both WM_SIZE and Invalidate.
