All my users have Outlook as a mail client for Sendmail. &nbsp;One user, with Outlook 98 has an unusual problem. &nbsp;As soon as she opens a mail message, it is deleted from the Inbox. &nbsp;Once she closes that message, it is GONE.....not in the deleted items folder or anywhere else. &nbsp;I have checked every parameter, option, setup, Inbox Repait Tool...etc and the problem remains. &nbsp;If we send her a test message and delete BEFORE opening, it does go to the Deleted Items folder. &nbsp;What can I look for that is causing her e:mail to vanish after closing???
