I have OWA setup for exchange 5.5, but only users with administrator rights can log into to the server via web interface.  I have checked IIS security settings and it's supposed to be set up according to windows security settings, but when a normal user tries to log in, they are denied access.  Please advise.

Open User manager for domains from the Exchange server computer.Locate the setting "Log on localy" assign this setting to the users which have mailboxes on Exchange.
You can ssign this right to the domain users.
