wheather is there anything that i have to care of while coding using temptable. i am creating the table on form create to a temp directory.and closing when proc ends.

? what database

if you use the table only for this instance of your app,
then set the exclusive-property to true before opening the table. this will disable the recordlocking-mechanism and the open is faster.
