Problem with Wyse Rapport 3.02 SP1

I can use the GetCECfg package to retrieve the config of a Wyse 3350SE terminal without issue.  However, when trying to use the SendCECfg package to apply a configuration to the terminal, I get the following error message:

Rapport could not set the exclusion for the image. Return Type: Failure
Error Type: Unknown: 6
Error Code:4899 : An unknown error occurred during the filtering of the registry file.

I have spoken to Wyse, but they have not heard of this error.  I know this is a long shot, but has anyone else come across this error or found a solution?

The solution to this problem is as follows.

Replace the copy of RegFilter.dll in WINNT\System32, with the copy that resides in Program Files\Rapport.

The error will no longer occur.

Hi Mark_R,
<Edited by SpideyMod>
An erroneous auto-delete was posted, we have corrected the problem.  Please indicate recommendations and these will not be scheduled for auto-delete, but will be finalized within the standard week notice.

A recommendation of "PAQ with refund" has already been proposed.

This question has been classified as abandoned. I will make a recommendation to the moderators on its resolution in a week or two. I appreciate any comments that would help me to make a recommendation.

Unless it is clear to me that the question has been answered I will recommend delete. It is possible that a Grade less than A will be given if no expert makes a case for an A grade. It is assumed that any participant not responding to this request is no longer interested in its final disposition.

To EE Moderators,

I found the solution to this problem myself, so please either keep this post as a record for other users to refer to, or delete it if you feel it is of no value.
