How many users can be connected to an .mdb file at once? I'm developing a program that has 700 users connected to one database file. How should I approach this?

I really hope that your database is for read only purpose!!!

If it is a transactional database, you run to your death! Consider buying a real database engine (like SQL server, Oracle, ...). Access is nothing more than a file sharing system.
