Consider a 30 day month to have 2,592,000 seconds.  At optimal perfomance you would get 25,920,000,000,000 bits transfered in a month if it is continuous.

There are 8 bits in a byte.  Therefore this is 3,240,000,000,000 bytes.

There are 1,073,741,824 bytes in a GB.  Therefore you can transfer 3,017.5 gigs at this rate in a 30 day month.

If my maths is correct.

Remember though, this calculation is on an optimal basis.  The figure given is maximum throughput.  A number of factors will cause this to be reduced in the real world.
