I have some problems in using the function archive in Lotus Notes version 5.0.8.

My quota of email stored in server is full already but I dun want to delete the email. So I do archive thru the following way:
Action->Archive->Archive.

However, I saw nothing in "Inbox" of the archive folder. All the archived emails appear in "All Documants" of the archive folder.

I set emails that are not read for 30 days to archive
and my PC is running Win98.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot....

Converting your mail file for IMAP access would retain this folder references. Which would enable the archive agent to keep track of the documents in their respective folders. To conver the mail db to imap, refer to this help doc.

Hi,

Thanks a lot....

I can't change it to IMAP protocol as it has to change server setting. I'm not allowed to do so...
