Hello everyone
i just set up the mail files of all aour staff to work with the iNotes template.

Until now almost everything is workinf fine, except that when people is sending SMTP mail to external internet domains, the email format with wich our emails is received is with the standard Lotus Notes format. For example, i have a user account whose name is Matt Brent and when i send emails to other external internet domains the email format is:
Matt Brent/acme@acme.com.

My intention is to send the email and when people receive our mail they get in the "To" field of the email the next: mbrent@acme.com

I need to know where i have to configure this ?

thanks for the help !!
