Hi I'm installing a new mailserver probably with sendmail

I have Outlook Clients

How can I install a Global Address List to be available to all the clients.  Pointers please.

LDAP would be a relatively easy method and it will work with just about any email client. There's good information about one LDAP implementation at http://www.openldap.org/. You might also find the Linux LDAP HowTo to be useful, see http://www.redhat.com/mirrors/LDP/HOWTO/LDAP-HOWTO.html
