Installing Exchange 2000

from where should i start installing Exchange 2000

The machine on which i've to install exchange 2k is a domain controller. No previous versions of ex2k are installed.

Should i start with "Setup /ForestPrep" and then "Setup /DomainPrep" or running just "Setup" will do both the above options.

Do i have to install ADC also, i already have Active Directory installed on server. If ADC is to be installed should it be before installing Exchange of after the exchange is installed.

A detailed reply will be appreciated
