Blocking email attachement

I'am using Exchange 2000. Is it possible to block every email attachement with file extension .exe ?

Or is it possible to allow user to send only *.jpg attachement ?

I will need an external pluggin to regulate such things.
MIMESweeper and the like.  Look at http://www.slipstick.com
