VB33.DLL Where from can I down load it.

I have the MS Studio series and one shareware program is looking for vb300.dll.

I have a short memory, but i may have asked it on the Win98SE site. Anyway, I would appreciate some one's help

vb300.dll obviously comes with Visual Basic 3.
Checking if you can find the file on the net........

Thanks: For a minute, as I was looking for the download message, I became agitated, just because I could not find it for such a long time. Also for some reason the question above on the same subject will not allow me into it. The IE just stops 1/2 way!!
