Can one purchase a laptop with Linux (or Lindows).
Or dual boot (Win2k/Linux)?
If not, can Linux/Lindows be installed on a laptop with Win2k.

You can get laptops with Linux preinstalled.
I don't know about duel boot, but its possible.
You can install Linux on a laptop that already have Windows 2000 on it, but you would need to resize the Windows 2000 partitions or erase and reinstall using less disk space so that there is room for Linux.

If you buy a laptop that doesn't come with Linux be careful, pick a laptop that has hardware supported by Linux.
