I want to upload different type's files in IE 5.0, 5.5, 6.0.
When I tested the following code in IE 6.0, it works, but it doesn't work in IE 5.0.
 response.setContentType("application/download");
 response.setHeader("Content-Disposition", "; filename=" + fileName);

Here is my another try, but it will prompt the upload window twice.
response.setContentType("application/download");
response.setHeader("Content-Disposition", "attachment; filename=" + fileName);

Can you help me to get the correct solution? Thanks!

I found the problem caused by the ";" before "filename". The following code works in both IE 6.0 and IE 5.0.
response.setContentType("application/download");
response.setHeader("Content-Disposition", "filename=" + fileName);
