My Win2K server has an unexpected reboot.

My server is running on Win2K server with an IIS5.0 server, SQL 2000 server, Open File Handler ver 3.4
and PeerSync III ver 6 replication SW installed.
It is running fine except some unexpected rebooting by some unknown bug about 1 or 2 time per month.

Here is my Win2K message after an unexpected restarting (Extracted from Event Viewer)

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was:
0x000000c2 (0x00000007, 0x00000b8a, 0x83a6ffe0, 0x83a6ffe8).
Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

Could any expert please tell me why it happened and how to overcome it?

The Crazy One
Basically a faulty driver or buggy software causes this and could be hard to track down especially if it is a software issue.

Here is another link the may be of some help

Try turning off Automatic Rebooting to see what BSOD message it comes up with (Start>Settings>Control Panel>System>Advanced>Startup and Recovery) and make sure Automatically Reboot is unchecked.
I cannot afford an Autorebooting turning-off. My server much be on as much as possible.

It seems my problem has something to do with Open File Handler and PeerSync replication program.
After I change PeerSync from Realtime replication to scheduled replication, it seems working fine. I will continue to monitor the system and let you know soon.

By the way, anyone know anything deep about Open File Handler and PeerSync replication program?
