Have you tried setting up a rule in Outlook to forward messages (based on From, subject, words in the body, etc) to the external account?

What you need to do is create a contact in your AD with your personal address (joe@aol.com).
Then go to your domain account and 'Exchange General' -> 'Delivery Options'.
Where it says Forwarding Address click on forward to and 'Modify'.
Choose the contact you created before.
If you need new emails delivered to both your account and personal email you need to check 'Deliver messages to both...'

Hope this helps.

Angelos,

You proposed answer will forward ALL emails to his home mailbox.  He's looking for certain email messages to be forwarded, not all of them.
