help- import library thing

hey all-

i imported a swf file to edit the text, but now the iamges w/motion dont show on export..is this common?

yes...you are only importing the assets of the movie..you will only get what is visible on any single frame..all actions are lost on import.

If you do not have the .fla file the only way to do what you want is to re-build the movie using the assets ,adding your changes and exporting this as a new movie.
