Sending email from another mailbox

I have an exchange mailbox and also i have another additional mailbox in my outlook. I can open the additional mailbox and do have permission set to \everyone.

But i need to know if i can send email from this additional mailbox and recieve email in to this account reading the additional mailbox name.

i.e My mailbox -Praful@test.com
    Additional Mailbox-Prafultest@test.com

If i send email from prafultest@test.com mailbox it says the sender email address from praful@test.com. I want the email to notify the sender was prafultest@test.com.

I want to avoid by logging in to Prafultest NT/2000 account. I ahve logged in to my account which points to praful@test.com.

Please help what other way can be done?

Thanks

Also make sure that your account has the 'send as' permission for the Prafultest account in AD.
