Need agent to set a field to null

I need the exact syntax to create an agent that will set the categories field to null or even better an agent that would delete the a field and the value along with it.

I assume the agent type will be Manually run, acting on selected documents

FIELD Categories := @DeleteField;
""

THis will delete the categories field totally !
