Migrate Domain to Windows 2000

Hello Experts.
I have an NT4 Domain with a PDC and BDC.
I've installed a new Windows 2000 server.
I will be retiring all the old servers once everything has been migrated.
I am looking for links to helpful data describing the process (step by step would be nice) as well as input from anyone with experience in performing this procedure.

If you are migrating all the account info, then the proper steps are to install the new server an an NT 4 BDC.
Change it to the PDC using server manager.

Turn off the old PDC and keep it as a backup.

then install win2k Server on the New PDC. This insures that you have all the account info.

I would go to the microsoft site.
