not really, because the access times to the hdd
are sometimes really long (about 5-10 seconds),
(system freezes this time)
so that i guess the hdd is near on end of lifetime
(just 14 month old).
but after replacement i hope, thats also gone

have ordered now a cloning-software and
with a bit luck it comes tomorrow

well, the primary problem is solved
i can boot properly
