sb 128, and i have the latest drivers. tho it seems that the problem is a broken wire inside the cable, cos it works sometimes, but if i move the wire it don't work. but hey, i wouldn't mind workin out how to put the creative gameport into the list. atm just 'standard gameport' is there.<br />

k, it turns out that the steering wheel has a damaged cable and that the settins in the game port stuff must be ok. but cos i'm not stingy, i'll give you the points. thanks.<br />

in my game controller properties, the combo box that is supposed to list the gameport controllers that are installed only displays 'standard gameport' and not the creative gameport drivers installed.<br />

it did display the old h801 pci gameport before i removed it from the registry, what it was doin there i dunno. i can't get the joystick to calibrate usin the standard gameport settins, cos it simply says that the wheel is disconnected.<br />

how can i get the creative gameport listed? if it isn't obvious, i'm usin 98se.<br />
