Add/Remove Programs Problem

After installing and removing a software
from a w2k workstation the add/remove program feature is
no working and displays the following error:

An unexpected error occured.

Object Doesn't support this property or method

It seems we have one person with 2 accounts.  this is against E-E Policy.  please let me know which account you want deleted.  If no response, I will suspend both
