Changing user name / password for root web

I have reinstalled Windows and Frontpage on my PC and now want to import an old Frontpage web again, to continue working on it.

It has now become the root web but I am unable to publish it since it demands user name / password that I can't remember from the old installation of Frontpage.

How can I change the user name / password?  I of course have full administrator rights on the PC as it is my home PC.

I can't seem to access the Frontpage extensions.  They are not available anywhere under Windows 2000.
