Hi,

I wrote a cyber cafe application a while ago. I used
UDP which is quick and allows you broadcast data to all
machines on a network which is really useful.

I didn't TClientSocket or TServerSocket, I used the socket
components in the ICS package (http://www.rtfm.be/fpiette).

If this is the route you want to go, then lemme know so
I can post some code.

Yes, rondi that's probably what i'm looking for.
I am also trying to write a cyber cafe application and i want the server to be able to control the other machines on the network like loging in, loging out, measuring how long each machine was being used etc...
So i'll go download that ICS package and I'd be graitfull if u could fill me in with the details. thanx
