fordraiders,

Unfortunately, no this is not what I am looking for. As I understand it, the toolkit your have given links to is for developing for Windows CE Version 2 and its variants.

Im after tools to develop for Windows CE Version 1

I don't care so much whether it is for VB, C, or for that matter what language. It's it can be used to develop applications for Windows CE version 1, that I am interested in.

Do you know fordraiders, this sdk you have, does it have sdk's for Windows CE Version 1?

eeyore7250,
from microsoft newsgroup...

VBCE 5.0 could target Handheld PC devices running Windows CE 2.0, but not
Palm-size PC devices running Windows CE.2.0.

VCCE 5.0 could target Windows CE 1.0 and Windows CE 2.0 devices.
