Password-protected-paradox-table problem

Dear Experts, please help !

     How to add, change and delete the password of 'password-protected-paradox-table' ( for one table only ) without using BDE DataBase Desktop  ?

use session.addpasswort() to get access

to add delete see

Can I rescue the table if I forget the password ?!

no,
the table is encrypted by the password,
but there is a commercial software,
which can retrieve the password
