I have a sony dcr trv 140e camera and download it onto my comuter with the free Pixela Image Mixer software but although transfer to video is fine and viewing on camera LCD is fine, it downloads too dark to be of use and there seems to be no brightness control on Pixela. Shall I just get different software that recognises my camera ?

Have sony Digi 8 camera but Pixela record it too dark
