Can you drag and drop to cdrw with nero installed

In windows explorer, is it possible to drag and drop to cdrw with nero installed the same way you can with easy cd creator?

No.
You need to drag and drop onto the nero compilation, and then burn.
You can keep the session open for multiple files etc.
