change mouse viewing

I have a form that loading a couple seconds.
And i want to change a mouse viewing from "Normal Select"
to "Busy" (like in Windows).
How can I do this?

Too act busy...

Screen.Mousepointer = vbHourglass

Too return state...

Screen.Mousepointer = vbNormal
