Crystal 8.5 Dependency files with Install and VB

Hello.  I am creating applications with Visual Basic and on another developers computer when I package an application it has about 73 files included.  I look on his computer and there exists the dependency file crystl32.dep file.  On my machine it does not exist.  I have Crystal 8.5 on the network but I dont see in the Windows directory that dependency file.  I do see it in Crystal 7.0 install.  What should I do to get the dependency files on my machine?  Thanks
