Dear all,

I got a text string like "<...><div>abc<a href=www.google.com>abcde</a></div><...>"

how can I write a regular expression to replace a with
<font color=red>a</font> and left the a in <> as it is.
i.e. the final result = "<...><div><font color=red>a</font>bc<a href=www.google.com><font color=red>a</font>bcde</a></div><...>".

Thanks,
