I'm using C++ 5.0
I have a thread in an interruptable 'WaitForSingleObject'
state and it is sent a WM_ACTIVATEAPP message.
The documentation says that 'WaitForSingleObject' is
only interrupted on IO completion routines and
Asynchronous procedure calls being queued for the
thread. How do I interrupt this thread when it gets
this message?
